Information gathering
In order to design an effective proposal, it is highly important to deeply understand the studied processes and to pay special attention to the involved roles point of views.
Pain points and needs analysis
Upon all the gathered information we identified the company's pain points, which are the problems or tedious tasks that usually generate delays and/or errors. Following the pain points identification, we can analyze the company's needs which are what the process demands to have.
Solution designing
We analyze each case independently based on the company's field, needs, budget, and priorities. When designing a solution, we consider the just mentioned points and the pain points so we can build a cost-efficient solution, and then we proceed to create a proposal.
Solution building
Subsequently to the accepted proposal, our team begins to work on the project, during this stage we may contact the company's involved roles for feedback and important insights that are always helpful when building a tailor-made solution. We use the SCRUM, a framework that helps teams to collaborate and generate values through adaptive solutions for complex problems, this method allows us to keep in compliance and track our time spend in each item of the project.
Implementation and training
We implement each solution according to the project's context, some projects may require going through many stages before the implementation is totally done. Regarding training, in TBInc. we firmly believe people are a vital point and probably the most important when applying new technologies, due to this, we focus on giving personalized training sessions and also receive their feedback
Support
Once our solution is deployed, we continue supporting our customers by clearing their doubts and picking up their feedback.
