FULL-STACK ENGINEER

At TBInc., we rely on our dynamic team of engineers to solve the many challenges and puzzles that come with our rapidly evolving technical stack at Fortune 500 clients. We’re seeking a full stack engineer who is ready to take complete, end-to-end ownership of projects across the entire stack.

Responsibilities

  • Able to work on front-end and back-end development tasks with no supervision

  • Able to provide technical solutions and collaborate on technical discussions concerning the front-end and back-end

  • Produce high-quality code matching our coding standards and best practices

  • Highly collaborative, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work with diverse personality types

  • Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing, fluid, and dynamic environment

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software development experience

  • Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

  • Understanding of software design concepts and task estimates

  • Excellent English communication skills. Advanced English level

QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) TESTER

In the QA tester role, you will be responsible for reviewing and implementing systematic test plans. You will collaborate with software developers and project supports to determine project scope and requirements. Success in this role will be demonstrated by providing quality work output, screening for errors, and refining usability throughout the software development and implementation process.

Responsibilities

  • Executes test cases under varying circumstances

  • Documents and evaluates test results

  • Detects, logs, and reports program bugs and glitches 

  • Tracks defects and helps troubleshoot errors

  • Reviews test procedures and develops test scripts

 

Requirements

  • 1+ years of QA testing experience

  • Experience in Agile frameworks and regression testing desired

  • High attention to detail and solid analytical skills

  • Proficient in test management software

  • Excellent English communication skills. Advanced English level.
